Often times, we will have additional items that are not yet listed on the site and sometimes, we can work with our vendor partners to place special orders. A Note on Our Used Merchandise:
We are excited about bringing you top-quality used merchandise for sale in our store. We think it makes some of the higher-priced brands we carry more accessible to more people. However, since the nature of this merchandise is that it is second-hand, it may have certain characteristics. Some of our items have the original owner's name written on the tag. When this is the case, we will disclose it in the product description.

Also, Erin Ruane, the store owner, personally handles each item in the store several times before it's listed for sale. She does her best to ensure there are no product defects. However, in the rare case that something does slip through with a flaw, please contact us immediately. Additionally, some items have flaws so small that they are placed in the Gumdrop Lane Outlet and the price is reduced accordingly. The description on these items will always disclose the flaw. The litmus test for determining the suitability of an item for listing in the Outlet is if we would put it on our own children.

Shipping:
Shipping for orders over $99 is always free!

We ship within the United States and to Canada. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Average shipping time within the United States is 2-3 days. We do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours of order receipt. For that reason, it's critical that you notify us of any changes or cancellations within 4 hours of placing your order. You will be notified by email when we receive your order and again when we fulfill your order.

Returns and Exchanges:
We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchases and we encourage you to contact us before placing your order with any questions you may have. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchases, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. We will accept your returned package up to 14 days after you first received your order. Returns and exchanges will be given on unused merchandise that still has the manufacturer and the Gumdrop Lane hang tags. Sale merchandise may only be returned for store credit or exchanged for other merchandise. When returning items, please include the original sales receipt or we will be unable to process your return. Sales Tax:
Gumdrop Lane is located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Sales tax is charged if the shipping address is in Virginia.

Local Pick-Up:
If you live in the Hampton Roads area and would rather pick up your merchandise rather than pay for shipping, please contact us to make arrangements.
